Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale

Luovi founded Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale in 2019. The summer- long event combines art and design and engages artists, designers, local communities and various audiences. The biennial offers a topical, egalitarian platform for encounters between makers and enthusiasts.

The Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale addresses topical issues in contemporary art, design and architecture, making room for something new and surprising. Its exhibitions invite artists, designers, architects, the public and the regional community to participate and encourage open questions. The Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale seeks new ideas and experiences at the ever-redefining intersections of art and design. 

The historic ironworks environment is also a perfect local tourist destination in the summer. The next Fiskars Village Art & Design Biennale will be organized for the fourth time in the old foundry and the Raseborg region in 2026. The event is produced in collaboration with the artist cooperation Onoma. The main partner of the Fiskars Village Biennale is Fiskars.
