PechaKucha Night is a fast-paced event where speakers inform and inspire their audience through a topic of their choosing.

PechaKucha builds upon the idea of Tokyo-based architects’ office Klein Dytham: the speakers are allowed to use 20 images and only 20 seconds to talk about each image. This creative talk concept has spread worldwide to over 1200 cities. During the fast-paced evening, we learn about extraordinarily interesting topics from dedicated specialists.

Luovi and Helsinki Design Week are the official organizers of PechaKucha Night in Helsinki. PechaKucha Nights have been organized since 2006, and they’ve featured more than 600 presentations with intriguing talks about topical themes.
